Mal and others

here is the full list of visitors to route 159- in addition to the normal 31 normal service routemasters that were running on the route:

Blue Triangle: sent RT3871 RT3062 RTW75 and RCL2260
Ensign sent: RT1431 RT624 RLH61 TD895 RML2405 RCL2220 and borrowed RMF1254 and RML2565
First sent RM613 and RTW467 and borrowed RM1
Metrobus sent RML2317 in green
Stagecoach sent RML2665 and RML2760
Arriva had RM5, gold RM6 and RMC1453
Cobham Bus museum sent ST922 as a photographer special- but officially approved.

all in all, 22 different visitors- not bad at all!

some other buses were running but not in service.

To Add:

Ensign also sent RT3232 ; it started from Streatham, but broke down in service. It was replaced by RT4421, which reached Marble Arch at 20:00.

This means that there were 24 special visitors to route 159 on Thursday.

Other private buses that were running were: RML898.

Most if not all the Ensign owned preserved buses would be running today and next Saturday on route X80 between Lakeside and gravesend, liking Lakeside and Bluewater shopping centres. the service specials run every 30 minutes and a day ticket costs GBP 5.00
