Beware of the footbridge on the right side of the photo!:lol
This place is very far away from Olympic station, and you cannot walk between them:P

(and there is no people on the upper deck,can it really be 905@ Olympic MTR station?:funk: )

Well, I am not really familiar with the public facilities in the Island, so frankly your hint is not really useful to me...

Anyway, just try to guess:
40xx @ 23 @ North Point?
