sorry , u got 2 mistake , that's Scania N230UD with Enviro400 Body, also the last one is not a E200 , is an integral ADLE300

yes, you are right.. they sold to Megabus first, then sold to Stagecoach...
the driver said when they still using the directions board with a cloth version,they can see Kowloon in it;P

Megabus is a subsidary brand, belong to Stagecoach anyway. South-west train is also part of the stagecoach group,
so it is not surprise to see such arrangement, with Stagecoach bus supporting the South West Train.
