Actually
DBTSL's MAN NL273 can carry 78 passengers include 35 seats and 43 standees.
But I just wanna know that how can the transportation department decide the no. of passenger on each bus?
Even though it is the same model like NLB's NL273 and DBTSL's NL273, why DBTSL's one can carry 3 more passengers?

For DBTSL's single door MAN NL263, 28 seats and 36 standees, however, the double dorrs one is 25 seats and 43 standees.
