前兩天我用學生八仔在錦上路站入閘
然後在元朗出閘
跟著在元朗乘輕鐵761P
在天逸下車
我想問全程車費是什麼??
因為我查記錄是$1.9+$2.1
為何輕鐵沒有轉乘優惠(即扣去$1.9優惠) 你計下站數同睇清港鐵網站寫既條款先好講啦 睇黎你誤會喇..唔係話所有既輕鐵車程都可免費轉乘...
睇黎你係誤會左以為類似九巴既轉乘計劃，一定有得減$3.7或以下。但如果唔o岩目標既轉乘方向，都不設優惠。城巴更會計埋上車站及下車站，例如赤柱監獄上車往赤柱村轉乘往中環，必須於上車(監獄)、下車(赤柱村)都拍卡，收取$2.7，然後再上車，扣除「車費-$2.7」...但如果赤柱村下車唔拍卡，第二程唔會扣取$0.0，只會扣取全程，即兩次全程車費。
他是要$3.9以下的車程才可以減..$4.4就當成另一種交通工具，並非接駁工具。
並非所有車程都可獲減$1.9之優惠...

According to the definition from MTR,
"輕鐵一程既成人車資要$3.9或以下
(6月加價後$4.0或以下)
否則冇轉乘" (From post #3)
Here, let me make some change:
If you use concessionary tickets, then the value of the trip must be $1.90 or below ($2.0 or below after June 13, 2010), else, you cannot enjoy free Light Rail connection. :)
After I have found the information from Light Rail Passenger Guide, MTR, I discover the fact:
If you take LRT Route 761P from Yuen Long Terminus to Tin Yat, you take 14 stops on your trip.According to the fare charts, you pay $2.10.However, this contradicts the definition of Free Light Rail Rides for MTR Passengers.Therefore, you miss the transfer discount.Too bad. :(
Therefore, the better trip that I suggest to you should be:
Take West Rail Line to Tin Shui Wai station and then transfer LRT Routes 705, 706, 751, or 761P to Tin Yat in this case.Finally, you meet the definition of Free Light Rail Rides for MTR Passengers, and you can enjoy the free transfer.You just need $2.50 to enjoy your trip. (Instead of $4.00 !:L) :)
Finally, if you have question, you can ask information from MTR:
1. Take the leafet "Light Rail Passenger Guide" from MTR customer service counters;
2. the web page www.mtr.com.hk .
