配錫柴CA6DF3-20E3發動機(147Kw/200hp輸出)及手動變速箱，鋼板避震；內部為二級踏步設計。

配置與HFF6111GS01D基本相同，同樣是錫柴CA6DL1-26E3發動機丶手動變速箱丶鋼板避震丶一踏低入口設計。
此為廣東省內第一批丶全國第二批金旅雙層城市巴士。

內部，下層後半部雖比同一公司的金龍跟安凱做得比較好，惟仍覺得有點壓迫
敗筆之處是下層所有空調出風口都是固定式的，既不能調節送風角度亦不能調節出風量，不建議對空調反應較大的人士乘坐下層。
