其實都係提高d現職車長駕駛技術既訓練黎姐，無咩特別 . . .



車長參與為期兩天的課程，除了首日有兩至三小時的理論課以外，其餘均會在路面上實習。實習部分以三位車長為一組，由一名導師帶領，他會先巡視車長所屬的路線，找出道路上的陷阱及要注意的地方，例如路陷、凸出路面的樹枝及難以停泊的車站位置等，寫成報告後在實習期間重點提醒車長。
