Add: Regarding my problem, if I plug another USB2.0 flash disk into the USB port, there is no such error. Does it mean that it was the problem of my flash disk? Why?
Take your flash disk to another computer and test them...

In fact I am suspecting that I bought a counterfeit USB flash disk... It was bought at an Epson counter in HKU one day, which cost me $120 for 256MB.... And there are many misspelt words in the manual also .... :(
