那款電梯由Express, 好歷HK等知名大雜廠也不容易招架
不過有幾處的 O&K 扶手電梯是被非原廠保養中，例如：
．華匯中心（地下至一樓）：捷運電梯
．華懋廣場 II 期：好歷香港升降機
．海底隧道行人天橋：好歷香港升降機
另外華匯中心地庫那兩條一直由原廠保養的於去年8月27日被封閉（據通告所述）及更換（十年機齡便被更換，真奇怪），到了現在仍然未重新開放:L。

曾有由OTIS/Express雜廠比原廠更好的情況出現, 真諷刺
正如由 Otis 從英國通用電器接手的 Thyssen 扶手電梯，質素亦比T公司保養的好。

九龍灣德福大廈(德福花園往九龍灣工業區經過那座)
兩條O&K電梯去年雜恰老伯的時候, 一條炒爛晒一條故障多時
現在都轉回KONE原廠
當時以為恰老伯只係雜唔掂(那款電梯由Express, 好歷HK等知名大雜廠也不容易招架)

DI的秘書處出左通告:
Dear colleagues and students,
One of the long escalators in our campus broke down on 24 February 2011 at around
1pm. Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (E&M) and the contractor were
informed immediately for examination and urgent repair. We are now waiting for the
investigation report to be submitted by E&M and the contractor in order to prevent
recurrence of the incident. The incident was rare; fortunately no staff or students were
injured.
In accordance with the ‘Lifts and Escalators (Safety) Ordinance’, monthly maintenance
check for escalators should be carried out. The escalators in our campus are regularly
examined by the contractor every week and the last maintenance check was carried out
last Saturday (19 February 2011).
As the escalators cannot be used in the coming weeks, lift service has been re-arranged as
follows:
Tower A to Tower D, HKDI
-One lift will stop at G/F and 7/F only
-Another lift will run as normal
IVE (Lee Wai Lee) building
-One lift will stop at every floor from G/F to 6/F
-Another lift will stop at G/F and every floor from 6M/F to 9/F

昨天西貢區議會討論了這次事件，有區議會擔心維修後仍然會有問題，建議拆卸及重新安裝多組扶手電梯取代：

至於華懋廣場二期那組下行那條早前亦曾經停用了差不多兩、三個月，早兩、三個星期才重開:L。
不知調查報告幾時先出到
但除非換機，不然都幾難令人放心了

就算日本牌子都好過恰老伯啦,
例如內地有不少日立牌長電梯, 品質也很好的
佢揀恰老伯可能係佢造價以至將來的維修保養費用都是最低的呢
恰老伯連自家原裝產品都唔係咁好, 仲走去做咁多雜廠生意,
雜壞晒人家的東西捱夠約滿就離場:L :@
