屋宇署2005年 12月份資料月報節錄
屋宇署於去2005年12月共批出二十七份建築圖則 (New Buildings for which Plans have been Approved)，其中包括下列項目：置地堅尼地城宿舍重建項目 (I.L. 1891)，獲批興建1幢34層高寓所 (Apartment with club house)。

該地盤前身為新蒲崗政府合署 (San Po Kong Government Offices) 及新蒲崗裁判署 (San Po Kong Magistracy)。
