我上次坐380B，見到商務車用位係fixed shell seat

乘務員表示列車兩端的觀光區和商務車廂已被鎖上，而該趟CRH380B-6405L 將不日返回北京。。。

請問一般是如何分辨兩款車 ?

車外：車門，轉向架裙板，車廂編號
車内：商務車廂，分隔觀光車廂，一等車廂裝飾，餐車裝飾
