[Bristol evening post] Taxi Travel is cheaper than by bus
From Bristol Evening Post- 06.02.06 MondayA Bristol family took the bus to get home after a trip into the city - but it was a journey that would have been cheaper by taxi. They paid £5.20 to take the No77 bus from Broad Quay on the Centre to the Dalby Avenue bus stop in Bed- minster - a distance of just 1.1 miles.

Sound interesting that travelling by bus in Bristol city centre is much expensive than by taxi, indeed from my experience taxi is much valuable than bus services.
