well, for Pacific place and Time square, you think they can't find another one to rent that place, I don't think do.Also, this decision usually have been planned long before the lease end, with tones of consultants and accountants....

仲有,呢個商場唔留得你就無處容身嗎?做生意一定要靈活變通,
守舊唔識應變的話,是做生意的人應有的素質嗎?
