我反而認為呢D樓幾有特色...
因為佢見證住香港經濟既發展,
而同一時間,
呢D樓亦保留左一D過去數十年既特色...
例如外牆上既刻字,
試問而家既樓宇又有幾多會由右至左咁寫中文?
而且入面好多時裝潢都係保留左數十年既風味...

無可否認係落後...
但呢D樓係咪咁惹人討厭呢?

錦茂係有兩部四摺"鮑魚門"正方形按鈕的迅達
天隆就有兩部拉門三菱

旁邊的38號另有一座用拉閘日立升降機的工業大廈,
吉席街20號亦有一座用拉門Sabiem升降機的工業大廈,
不過都未拆住, 仲有人用緊
