Questions about T license
Is it possible for a normal person like me, who is neither an engineer nor an owner of a garage, to own a Test license (T License)?If possible, how much is the annual license fee?
If not, is it possible to rent a T license from normal garage or scrapyard? How much is the rent approximately?

1. 經營汽車維修業務
2. 經營汽車銷售業務 / 進出口業務
申請方法：
往金鐘運輸署 "違例記分紀錄辦事處" 取申請表格, 填好後連同所需的文件副本, 一般為過去6個月業務資料。交回該處, 等通知。收到通知就買保險, 然後上去出牌。
保險一般只買第三保, 約8000。
另外, 向其他人租用 T 牌其實係犯法, 不過行內有這樣做法, 一般租金每天約300 - 500 左右, 視乎交情。
