這是消防處的前線指揮車，專為現場總指揮官而設，現場總指揮官通常由助理消防區長擔任。

前線指揮車可第一時間應付火警，並備有先進的通訊設備，
在嚴重火警或事故中用作初步的火警事故現場指揮中心。
