收費區同車務部根本就係兩回事

Yes, sure!
Obviously, URL are for TWL, KTL, ISL and TKL only
at the same time, there are separation for two departments, i.e. URL and LAR.
For working timetables,
there are different booklets/volumes
V1) ISL
V2) TWL
V3) KTL
V5) TKL
and one volume (V4) for LAR only, i.e. AEL, TCL and DRL~~
so we are talking about operation department, rather than the paid areas.
