因為當年690有成三部蛇車熱狗掛牌,三部輪字軌,但只係一個字軌要行690
而該字軌要攝93A,而一定要出熱
分明係兩間公司玩野

Blame the presence of 691, because 690 needs to have the same ac fare as 691. But even 691 did not exist, I don't think kmb or cmb/ctb will agree to reduce its fare. Same problem with 680's ac fare following 681's ac fare, if 681 did not exist then 680 could reduce its ac fare with other Tate's Cairn Tunnel routes.
