Well... To be honest... I think if the crew could stand being a crew and face the pressure and problems they have well enough... Then why not let them continue... retiring at 45 is too early... and ...
我都好同意,我都覺得45歲退休嫌太早,如果D Cabin crew退休之後去搵第二份工,人地都未必請喇~~
Even though想調返落去做ground staff,都要睇下航空公司有無相關空缺先可以繼續係航空公司效力,不過老實講我 0係香港CX都好少見到45歲以上既CSO,多數都係Supervisor或者係Manager on Duty,不過我斷估呢兩個position某D退休後既cabin crew都可以handle得到既~~

Well... Since many crew would leave the job before retirement age... I think its possible to get a certain amount of office work that are for crew that reach their retirement age to apply... At least a opportunity for those crew not to worry too much when they get close to the retirement age... 呢個就好難講喇,如果本身0係做crew之前係有其它行業既experience就OK,但淨係得做cabin crew既experience就唔知喇~~
不過 0甘,我都覺得CX,KA同BA應該都要keep返呢班crew直到六十幾歲為止,但可惜呢三間做唔做得到都成謎,因為大把年青人既加入,而且仲要睇cost份上而定~~:P:P 老實講,如果一個職位由一位一萬蚊一個月又年輕貌美o既人去做,同埋搵個
兩萬蚊一個月又無咁年輕貌美o既人去做,當兩者o既服務水平都係差不多的話
,咁當然寧願請個平o的o架啦。

我可以講既就係,大部份到呢個年齡既空姐都係比較senior,多數都係Senior Purser同埋Inflight Service Manager(呢個以國泰黎講),0甘唔通真係叫D二十幾歲既妹妹仔去做呢兩個Senior既position咩!!無可能架嘛~~:P:P 唔知你地試過乘坐客,

我就試過好多次,唔單止AC,仲有UA,NW個D都係有阿婆做Bar & Cabin~~
但係CX就好唔同喇,CX個咋都左呢個年齡既Crew差唔多全部都係SP同埋ISM,而且個比例都唔係好多,再加上CX將會有更多既新飛機加入國泰機隊,我諗CX都係時候去consider下呢樣野~~
仲有,SQ都revised左其退休年齡到55歲,但我都見唔到有乜野問題~~:lol:lol yes... on my spring break in recent March:

I really don't know why air tickets to Canada is so expensive (esp. YVR)
Concerning the retirement age, I think it really depends on the body condition of the F/A instead of age.
(of coz... cost is a very important factor)
