Because places such as US, Australia, NZ, doesn't have motor fitness test, that's why.
BTW: my brother just bought a 1985 Volvo 760 Intercooler for long distance driving, and that car still looks like new with around 90,000miles, cause it was own by an old lady.

香港冇二手市場.....
因為一架AE82而家響澳洲都值一萬蚊港紙
不過少d舊車都好既...起碼空氣冇咁污染
外國響車特別長命同香港響車特別長命既性質都唔同
外國人地係用既
