矚目之處在於上述路線將於明年八月二十七日改用純電動巴士行走, 為數五十一輛, 型號未知(BYD定Irizar i2e, 抑或其他?)

此系統旨在收集經制動系統流失嘅熱能, ADL同GKN有合作協議, 按買家要求為旗下型號安裝該系統

Nothing. The i2e are just too new to be properly evaluated. In fact only the 1st one have entered service so far.
One thing I understand is that TfL is quite pleased with BYD's after sales support, which is probably a key driver of this order (and a few others they pulled off in Europe recently). 我倒是挺期待看好BYD K9與E200MMC的配搭
其實歐美地區對K9的性能都有不錯的評價;彈的普遍是車身,尤其“兩部大雪柜”
(係唔知點解香港部樣板BE1好似特別虧;加上所謂“國情問題”,大家懂的)
至於E200MMC,好多人都話個樣怪怪地
我猜是因為display那部是短車(9.8m)的關係,拉長車身應該會變得順眼
現役K9都是12米長,已經是E300/E350級數;不知道那51部巴士會不會縮短

"The new deal, worth £19 million, includes a full on-site repair and maintenance programme for the term of the contract and
combines the strengths of ADL’s Enviro200 12m single deck (with 18,000 units sold worldwide) and
BYD’s own design of Iron-Phosphate Battery technology and drivetrain system."

E200MMC 係FOR 短車+SLIM BODY :L
