Main Board Listing Rules 14.22 同 14.23 條，以下情況一般會將一連串相關交易視作單一交易計算：
14.22: "they are all completed within a 12 month period or are otherwiserelated"
14.23: "they are entered into by the listed issuer with the same party or with parties connected orotherwise associated with one another"
以最近一次公佈 13/04/2015 計算，該公佈計及2014年6月至2015年2月共計五張合約 (其中2013年兩張合約超出上述範圍無需計算)，呢五張單合計交易總額按percentage ratios 計算超出Major Transaction 定義，所以須要股東會通過
自此之後有冇再簽過新合約其實未必知道，因為股東會通過之後percentage ratios 理論上重新計算，否則會有機會出現同一批交易須要股東會通過超過一次o既奇怪情況，不過實際點計法聯交所有最終決定權
