TENDER NOTICE
Tender for the Provision of for Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and
Event Data Recorder (EDA) (commonly known as “Black Box”) for
Franchised Public Bus Services of
New Lantao Bus Company (1973) Limited (“NLB”)
(Tender Reference ETA/EDA-16)
Tender for the aforesaid services is hereby invited under Tender Reference ETA/EDA-16. The Tender Document for this Invitation to Tender can be obtained from the Hong Kong Office of NLB at 3/F., 8 Chong Fu Road, Chai Wan, HONG KONG on or before 29 April 2016. Parties who are interested in submitting Tender Offers may collect a copy therefrom by providing their name(s) and name(s) of contact person(s) upon collection of the Tender Document.
Tender Offer, properly completed in accordance with the instructions as stipulated in the Tender Document, should be deposited to the tender box of NLB situated at 3/F., 8 Chong Fu Road, Chai Wan, HONG KONG on or before 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) on 31 May 2016.
NLB does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender or any tender and reserves the right to negotiate with any Tenderer about the terms and conditions of the Offer.

補充資料：嶼巴承諾於2017年新專營權續期後，兩年內分階段全面引入實時巴士到站資訊系統，預計可於2017年年中前完成。 其實九巴個 ETA 本身好似係同個駕駛提示器有關
另一邊廂我見嶼巴都陸續有 MAN 車都裝左駕駛提示器
(然後我前幾日坐架有駕駛提示器既 MAN A51 東涌去大澳, 個司機唔敢鎖波, 用2波頭蟻攔到上伯公坳.......................)

平時在九巴錶板附近，有四盞紅色燈，一超速 / 踩地板油 / 引擊空轉就會著響 (在 GOOGLE 打「駕駛提示器」SEARCH可以搵到圖), 舊野係連住車頂 GPS 的

九巴果套係 ZF Openmatics，全套野包晒黑盒、車隊實時位置等.....

嶼巴既駕駛提示器出品一樣係 ZF Openmatics, 但唔知佢會唔會同九巴一樣，一個system做晒駕駛提示、黑盒同實時位置，定係會將實時位置同駕駛提示分開兩個system（因為而家至招標做實時，但嶼巴其實好多車裝左zf openmatics 駕駛提示器）
