底盤使用Scania N 280 UD4x2EB並配上OC09 101九公升、五汽缸天然氣引擎波箱為ZF產品，車身則為推出不久E400 Facelift

The overall length is 500mm longer than a similar capacity diesel bus (all located within the centre bay) to account for the row of seats lost at the rear of the upper deck by the mounting of the rear gas cylinders above the engine compartment."
