Also worthy to notice tat the number of platforms at Waterloo Station.Platform 26 / 27 is gone with the Waterloo & City Line refurbishment.The Eurostars platforms will become a massive shopping mall connecting to the ex-County Hall.

東方快車行駛當年 (1988年), 英法隧道未開.
英法隧道於1992年開放通車.
東方快車本身是戰前古董,係防火規格上肯定過不到英法隧道的標準
所以英法隧道開張至今,東方快車依舊坐船:L
其實英法隧道開張前,曾訂了批專用寢台客車以供行走直通英國的EN用,
但後來計畫改變唔做通宵,據聞批已落單交吉的專用寢台客車
結果轉賣俾加拿大VIA.... 批通宵車係去左加拿大 VIA 鐵路，取代一些五十年代的車。
他們現在行走滿地可 -- Halifax 的長途列車，以及多倫多 -
滿地可的通宵班。還有其他座位車行 Corridor Train。
