1. The FLT was dept from SYD to KUL
2. The FLT did not return to SYD due to poor weather, so manually fly to MEL
3. The incorrent entry coordination is off the coast of Cape Town, South Africa
4. The involved aircarft is 9M-XXM, ex. KA B-HWJ

How could the co-pliot did not checked the way point set by the pilot
