愚問:新加坡/倫敦巴士管理模式比較

睇咗維基,新加坡而家係政府擁有巴士營運資產,然後分組批線比公司做。
想問呢種模式係咪同倫敦嗰套一模一樣?定係其中一邊個營辦商控制/擁有嘅嘢多啲?

In that case, leasing should be much more common in London, considering that most railway rolling stock (whose operators are often under longer franchises) there are also leased. Is it right?
