New Route: 617 - Kowloon Bay to Happy Valley

Hi everyone, I decided to start a new route, 617, because of a few reasons:
1) There are no buses from East Kowloon to Happy Valley
2) There are no buses from East Kowloon that goes through Hennessy Road in Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, or to Kowloon there are no buses that goes through Leighton Road
3) There are no buses towards Hong Kong Island that provides an express to Tin Hau and Causeway Bay (except 673, which doesn't really count because it's from Fanling)
4) There are no buses from Kowloon Bay Commercial Centre / North Kowloon Bay to Causeway Bay (except 107, which doesn't count because it only stops at Cannon Street / Ngor Keng Kiu)Every 10-12 mins: 06:30-09:30, 17:15-19:45
Every 15-20 mins: 09:30-17:15, 19:45-23:30

Not recommended, as the routing is pretty long & numbers of bus-bays at Happy Valley (Lower) is not enough.

1) Would it be better if I cut the route short inside Kowloon Bay?
2) Could we share a bay with 117 or could we create a new bay?

1) Actually, the stops are too much at East Kowloon, which have less than 500 metres.

2) Sharing with 117 is also difficult, because the bay is tiny. The terminal at Hong Kong Island should be relocated.

2) Could we extend the route to Happy Valley (Upper) like 1/19?
