Wow, $16 dollars/ hour, that's like $2.2 US/ hour, man...when I was 17 I used to work in Mac D, and my hour wage is $8.00 US, about $ 60 HK.
BTW, not sure about HK, but in US, alot of employer acutally prefer candidate working in small firms then big firms, cause in small firms you can get a more Marco of what the operation of the company does, while big firms you usually know what your department does only.
