MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the provision of platform screen doors (PSD) for the new Platform 4 at Airport Station (AIR).
The scope of works includes the design, manufacture, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance services during the Defects Liability Period of a full height PSD system (approximately 2.1 m high) mounted on the top support I-beam at the new platform (approximately 200 m long).The PSD system shall be equipped with the power supply and control system installed in the PSD equipment room to provide drive power for the PSD operation, and control power for the control and monitoring of the PSD system.The PSD system shall also interface with the civil structure, main control system and signalling system.
Maintenance services for the PSD system subsequent to the expiry of the Defects Liability Period are required to be provided under a separate contract.
