幾乎日日出軌點算好？
墨爾本鐵路幾乎日日都出軌，今次終於輪到我個站喇今日7AM於Oakleigh出軌，
全墨爾本最擁擠的Pakenham/Cranbourne lines (Dandenong corridor 丹地農走廊)完全癱瘓至2PM
事發列車出軌後並沒有任何工作人員救援，
所有傷者及乘客均需自行下車
Nicole: "I, like many other ladies fell out of the train landing on my hands and knees as there was NOT ONE Connex staff member there to help anyone out of the carriage. When I stood up and looked around, there was not one Connex staff member in site except of course the train driver, standing at the front of the train admiring his handy work!"
朝早數萬名上班族濟留車站不知所措，
Oakleigh車站客務中心見形勢不妙立即關門大吉，
月台上零廣播零職員，
乘客徬徨近1小時始獲知事件
Eleanor: "The service desk was (unusually) closed and there was no announcement."
Anup: "I waited at Oakleigh station for 45 minutes before any announcement was made about what was happening."
Connex發言人向乘客致歉，但強調Connex並沒有需要向乘客賠償
Connex spokesman Mr Cassidy: " I apologise to commuters but we are not required offering any compensation to our customers."
發言人又認為乘客很欣賞我們的努力
Mr Cassidy: "I think our customers appreciate our effort."
個人估計是次出軌係因為列車入錯軌引致，
列車係呢個位正常黎講應該係直去，
但下圖可見列車係轉左軌再出軌，
相信係6:50AM開始的信號故障令路軌轉轍器及信號燈不協調，
司機在以為直去的情況下以直去的速度轉軌，
導致今次出軌意外

墨爾本鐵路日日都出軌，今次終於輪到我個站喇
日日都出軌？唔係差得咁驚人嗎，真係好誇張。
墨爾本鐵路水準之差早已經臭名遠播，
如果連出軌呢D大問題都日日有，我就真係無法接受，
出軌呢D野，輕則是鐵路運作癱瘓，重則造成人命傷亡，
希望澳洲政府能夠認真改善此問題！:@
