Nicole: "I, like many other ladies fell out of the train landing on my hands and knees as there was NOT ONE Connex staff member there to help anyone out of the carriage. When I stood up and looked around, there was not one Connex staff member in site except of course the train driver, standing at the front of the train admiring his handy work!"

Eleanor: "The service desk was (unusually) closed and there was no announcement."
Anup: "I waited at Oakleigh station for 45 minutes before any announcement was made about what was happening."
Connex發言人向乘客致歉,但強調Connex並沒有需要向乘客賠償
Connex spokesman Mr Cassidy: " I apologise to commuters but we are not required offering any compensation to our customers."
發言人又認為乘客很欣賞我們的努力
Mr Cassidy: "I think our customers appreciate our effort."
