in fact, if you had lived in Macau ,you will find that there is many ways to get these ticket freely. I just know the staff in STDM got the pinK ticket ,which is require to order by phone and get in the STDM counter in Central or Macau Pier, but not blue in colour. For the one you mentioned above, there is no flight choose. May be you will given a ticket which's flight would be departed 3 hrs later:Q(especially in Macau side)
