由於早上由祖堯/荔景/麗瑤往葵芳/葵興需求殷切, 所以本人建議開辦 30P 特別線, 以全面取代 30 線 ( 即取消 30 線)方案一:
30P 祖堯 -> 葵盛東總站
07:00 - 09:00 每 5 - 7 分鐘一班, 收費 $3.5 [與小巴看齊]
途經: 荔景地鐵站, 麗瑤, 葵盛圍 (下路)
方案二:
與方案一相同, 但不經麗瑤, 由兩組特別班次 (祖堯開 + 麗瑤開) 代替

就算有小巴都係咁話，因為小巴載客量低，去到麗瑤可
能未必會有空位。
