I dont think so coz the owner/founder of Oasis HK is just touch aviation the first time... Also, if you could list those airlines name, it may help...

Even CX new order which is coming up have bank backing them too...
Although it is possible but I think the interest rate would be different when back give a loan to Oasis HK and CX/AI as it is less likely that CX/AI would get into serious trouble and close down but as Oasis HK is a small carrier, although they have strong backing... But still new and 'long-haul no frill' is sort of a new concept to the aviation market and not many successful story that they could refer to... So getting a loan may not be the best idea and may not be very economical...

If they are going to launched in March 2006, the planes they accquired should now in the process of repairing and repaint, also the staff training and advertising...
