相信好似3樓所講，呢幅已經係永久版本，到有新線/新改動先成塊換。 no one thinks it is because of excessive budget issue, but I dunno why their budgeting is still the same a Gov't style? If they are not the same, the only thing is corruption
It's redicious to change a logo which has been commonly used for a decade but and then without any promotion to foreigners!
