看看該樓盤官方網頁，就知官方中文名字係有RESIDENCE一字：

Would you please take a look at the "deed of mutual convenant", the first page of this deed showing the name of the property is "RESIDENCE 譽 88".
No chinese name is mentioned there as the DMC is to be written in English.
到時可能叫「鳳麒路」就算:o

該屋苑的名稱在有中文的銷售文件內都是「RESIDENCE譽88」，究竟這是中文還是英文名稱，實屬一個謎。

聽日係知巴士站個名JE……唔代表知道該大廈的正式中文名稱。
如果係咁，晴報早前話5人有4人寫錯地址，咁住呢度既人，咪99%都會寫錯中文地址？？

九巴已經通告咪宣佈咗譽88做巴士站名，香港巴士大典都寫著譽88做巴士站名啦！唔信你睇下囉！
