港鐵招標改建荃灣西站及尖東站
荃灣西站：起新的入口連接TW5上蓋、改建同翻新入口、大堂、樓梯、逃生通道，上落貨，機房等The scope of works shall include provision of finishes and new entrance portals at new entrances; refurbishment of associated concourse, entrances, escape corridor, loading and unloading bay, plant room and fan room of the Tsuen Wan West Station (TWW); modification of existing vent ducts; interfacing works with new escalators in new entrances; provision of hoardings; associated E&M services and plumbing & drainage works.

尖沙咀東站地面前庭改造設計：似乎同未來連接新世界中心有關、亦想將中間道兒童遊樂場下面「尖東站公共運輸交匯處」改為商場
The remodelling works include the relocation of existing public carriageway, construction of a 2-storeys of commercial facilities with new lifts and escalators, re-provision of existing vertical link that connecting with LCSD park at the podium and modification of existing structure and systems to suit the new layout.

最好成個pti拆左佢，除左ebus根本就冇人用 其實點解當年會起個巴總? 難道真係為左方便轉 k16?
雖然業權係港鐵, 改建商場係咪都要過城規會、補地價之類? 尖東站pti係咪少數由鐵路公司管理既pti
應該係為K16，其實同期已經有個吉既尖東麼地道pti
唔明點解仲要起多個 當年設計係應該是無永安廣場巴士總站。及後本來想把天星碼頭巴士綫遷走才興建永安廣場巴士總站。
之後審計署再出報告話閑置這個巴士總站、巴士綫才多了。
此外,中間道巴士總站最離譜是港鐵的機場快綫穿梭巴士K4也過門不入。
