The scope of works shall include provision of finishes and new entrance portals at new entrances; refurbishment of associated concourse, entrances, escape corridor, loading and unloading bay, plant room and fan room of the Tsuen Wan West Station (TWW); modification of existing vent ducts; interfacing works with new escalators in new entrances; provision of hoardings; associated E&M services and plumbing & drainage works.

尖沙咀東站地面前庭改造設計:似乎同未來連接新世界中心有關、亦想將中間道兒童遊樂場下面「尖東站公共運輸交匯處」改為商場
The remodelling works include the relocation of existing public carriageway, construction of a 2-storeys of commercial facilities with new lifts and escalators, re-provision of existing vertical link that connecting with LCSD park at the podium and modification of existing structure and systems to suit the new layout.

當年設計係應該是無永安廣場巴士總站。及後本來想把天星碼頭巴士綫遷走才興建永安廣場巴士總站。
之後審計署再出報告話閑置這個巴士總站、巴士綫才多了。
此外,中間道巴士總站最離譜是港鐵的機場快綫穿梭巴士K4也過門不入。
