That's why alot of MS employee advise not to download certain patch lor, as they are the developer of it, they know what's in there.

There is such a thing, infact, XP SP2 patch have this "hidden" command too...but since MS is a large corp with alot of $$$, at least WA state will never prosecute it or reveal it.
you will be surprise on stuff MS does in it's software...especially living in Seattle, you will know a tat bit more then others because some friends told me some "scary" project...such as spyware and some other files to track users.
