For example, change '請注意您的態度' to '如果您能改善您的態度，整個論壇將變得更和諧'. ...

當時如本人不及時以較強硬措辭通知閣下，
恐怕其他站友會向閣下群起而攻。
而且，若板務為了「和諧」而使用過於溫和的字眼，
恐亦無法有效地傳遞訊息。

有關做法屬於不得已，本人對閣下造成不安深表遺憾，
惟為了維持討論板正常運作，本人難以實行閣下建議，請諒。
