The level of the cab and the seating platform is different from the link shown by NV58. Is it just the case for that kind of alexander body or due to the chassis itself?

The cab is always higher than the lower deck floor anyway in MCW (and NC too of course) bodied versions. Maybe these Alexander AD bodied ones have lower seats, which makes the difference more pronounce.
