You are right, Transdev SP buses do not normally have wheel cap so you are quite lucky to a shot with wheel cap on. Well done. I should have thought that the SP may have just refurbished right after from the service dealer and addition accessories put on.

I was surprised when I first saw SP23 in late Sept, I thought it was an East London 15xxx, but when I saw it has a Transdev logo, i knew this is a special one
