At the same time Cathay Pacific will increase its four times weekly Adelaide service to a daily operation. The extra flights will operate to the same schedule(CX105) and triangular routing as the current flights. Hong Kong-Adelaide, then Adelaide-Melbourne-Hong Kong. De-parting ADL at 11:00am (1100), the flight arrives in HKG at L2205.

CX 870 Departure from HKG L1410 arrival SFO L1135
CX 879 Departure from SFO L1335 arrival HKG L+1840

你睇下CX104 停MEL有幾多人留響架機到就知喇..
MEL又有幾多人上機..
如果只停ADL..我估一星期一班..
d人都未必打得爆架機之餘..

為控制成本,CX104/105分拆可能仲差。頂多係旺季加特別班次: HKG←→ADL,舒緩壓力。

According to THE AUSTRALIAN Aviation section (20 July 2007, Reporter: Steve Creedy)
"Cathay Pacific is expanding its Australia presence and taking advantage of its
ability to connect via Hong Kong to Asia with new services to Melbourne
and Adelaide.
The airline will boost its Melbourne presence by 50% to add an extra daily flight
to the Victorian capital, operating three service daily from October 1.
It will also give South Australians something to celebrate, with a new daily
schedule from Adelaide, up four flights a week.
The flights will be operated by Airbus A330 aircraft in 2 and 3 class configurations
and will result in Cathay operating 64 flights each week to Adelaide, Brisbane,
Cairns, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
There is probably more to come."
似乎CX104/105 可能會有機會時常使用 2 class configurations的A333.
CX104/CX105 由HKG-ADL-MEL這個triangular routing改爲HKG-ADL的可能性,
另閣下已經問了我好幾次, 我也回答了好幾次.....
答案仍然是: 自己去數ADL international 數下CX104有幾多人係落了機但不出移民局. (Hits: 拿住張红飛便是)
我經驗係非Uni 假期時間,落機一半人以上都係去MEL. 唔做MEL一星期一班都唔奇.
