Star Alliance with 18 members plus 3 regional members...
compare to
OneWorld with 8 members plus 3 pending members...
So Star Alliance is bigger and also flies to around 200 more destinations and 10 more countries...

but in australia..... no domestic flights connection after the failure of ansett australia
