冇錯,所以上幾次過海,都係去米埔,尖鼻咀,白泥,涌尾,圓敦,樂安排,大帽山等呢d小或者冇巴士去既地方... |

Can't goverment take over the operation of the tunnel, if it's not helping traffic flow and no one use it, I'm not sure about HK, but in a few of EU countries, privatlized Tunnel/ Highway that are too expensive and become avoided by motorists might be taken over by Government to run.

I live in Tuen Mun, and I work in Shau Kei Wan, but I only use the WHT at the morning, at night, I will only use the CHT, or I will just park my car @ Kowloon MTR Station and take the bus to HKI for a night out.

Well, maybe our government is just too week. if the government really implement social responsibility and anti-monoploy rule, I still don't think business person will pull out of HK, they'll just find leaway to deal with the matter. Even Singapore implement some of the social responsibility and controls on business, but those business interest still come over to S'Pore to do business.

Maybe HK is not accustom to civil law suits for sueing business for unethical/ unsocial responsible issues la, in alot of Western Countries, they are not uncommon, as alot of NGO will file for cases like this to deter business to act to unresponsible. and actually, in law schools, there's a class that teach student how to fight for/ against these kind of case.
