you guys in HK are lucky la, most of the export Honda around the world are not made in Japan since mid 90's, but still, most HK people living aboard buys them lei....(they also buys tones of Hyundai now, especially in US)
as Accord is made in thai, Mexico, and US, civic is made in Canada, US, CRV is made in US, Pilot and Ridgeline is made in US, and fit is either made in Japan or China (the Basic version is made in PRC), odessy van is made in US, the only thing that is not made in US but Japan is S2000, but no one buys it...

All black is allrite wor...as most accord that we have in US/ Can are black/grey, or black/ beigh...maybe that's the global trend lei, as HK is a really small market, it's not economical to develope a car specially for this market (as I think the accord 2.4 for sale in HK is the SE Asia/ Australia version, that's why there's such color combination)

I heard from someone in DCH that probably around next year, the civic will be made in Thai, because most popular models will made outside of Japan to cut cost and generate more profit..

Why mension, US buyers don't really care, as there are alot of VW made in Argenta, Brazil, Mexico, and Nissan in MX, etc...even in the early, mid 90's the Toyota Terscel were infact have parts from Taiwan made and assembly in US.
