諗返轉頭, 如果冇人傷, Echo Verso個司機及車主一定會被勸唔追究,
賠少少俾貨車司機算數 (反正貨車又花都冇花)....

怕且有人打死都唔想賠錢, 以為玩d咁既野, 拖保 ...

幾年前一單交通意外, 我地睇著撞我地部車個人仲衰..
個老婆明明無傷..見我地部車5個入面3個要入醫院,
要老婆扮野, 仲話: 我都有人傷呀...

自己係後面撞埋來...仲玩d咁既野, 真係有問題...

佢就真係笨喇﹗如果係一般意外，後車一定係理虧﹗
如果無人入醫院的話，就叫無人受傷。如果就算即場唔入院，事後一星期內拎住張報案紙去醫院睇急症，咁都係叫有人受傷 (我架 EG 上次單意外就係咁，我女朋友事後因為頭痛入o左急症睇。所以而家警方已經排緊期告的士司機不小心駕駛導致他人受傷)。
所以正常情況下，理虧者唔應該『扮傷』否則自己『領o野』﹗而相反如果係受害者，有理無理都即時或者事後入醫院驗下傷先﹗有關急症室費用係可以向對方保險公司索回賠償o既~

haha, who said ga, maybe in HK la, in US, if I am the one that got hit, I usually said I have pain here and there, then most of the time, their insurence will pay be back for medical cost, which last time, they paid me over $ 10,000 for "back injury" from  a car hitting behind. and over $5,000 for lost time and wages and rental car fee.

If u get enought $$$ to hire a lawyer, then it will be in your benefit...sometimes, even if it's kinda your fault, but if your lawyer are good enought, you can "most of the time" force them to pay for your lost time and injury and rental.

If you are the party in fault, of course don't contact EMS la, otherwise, your insurence company might pay for the medical cost out of your policy and listed your passenger as an injured party by you.

This is why my lawyer said, when got hit my someone, make sure get medical assistance to assess your situation, and when u hit someone, don't try to call for help if not really serious.

BTw: in US, it's up to 6 months for you to claim injury, last time, when I got hit, I claim the other party around 4 1/2 months, when I feel there's some sore at the back when lifting.
