[路線建議](改總站)284{沙田市中心
至石門馬鐵站(循環線)}.
沙田市中心開途經:沙田正街,橫壆街,
源禾路,沙田鄉事會路,大涌橋路,
安景街,安心街,安耀街,安群街,
安睦街,安明街,安耀街,安心街,
大涌橋路,沙田鄉事會路及
大埔公路(沙田段).
服務時間:
沙田市中心開:0610<---->2400
班次:維持每3分鐘至10分鐘一班.
收費:維持不變.
用車:現有284路線車隊再加1部AM行走.
此項284路線建議改總站的目的可以
方便石門工業區一帶返工既人仕可以
唔洗行咁遠就可以搭到284路線
去沙田市中心,同埋可以提供多個
接駁九廣馬鐵服務給富豪花園
既居民搭完284路線係石門站落車之後
可以直接轉到九廣馬鐵往返馬鞍山.

麗豪花園??? Where is that??? Is this a combination of 富豪花園+麗豪酒店???
I think if Regal Riverside Hotel area people need to take Ma On Shan Rail, they would prefer to go to Sha Tin Wai Station instead...
Also, adding 1 bus to the route is not enough to provide a frequency of 3-10mins since currently... since now 284 have a frequency of 4-10mins... And extending to Shek Mum would add around 5mins each way... That would means needing to add at least 2bus without changing frequency, I believe you would need to add around 4-5bus to the route to provide this frequent services...
I think it would be nice if 284 could change the whole fleet to double decker bus and using ATS/ASV to replace AA...
Also, I believe the need of increasing frequency is not necessary at the moment as the demand for Shek Mum area is not that big... We could have the same frequency but having all double decker bus would be enough... When more residential accomendation being built in the area, frequency could increase following the demand...

而且改完之後變循環線班次冇咁準,
而濱景碧濤乘客上車要兜多十分鐘先出到去,
但又唔見得會帶來乘客量上升. |

早上行石門返學會快過行大涌橋路,因較少車,但放學就免了,過馬路要等好耐

其實在過安心街後,改經安耀街、安明街、小瀝源路,然後返回原線。樓主咁改旨在方便往石門上班及轉馬鐵的人仕。
所以兜完石門,一定要多行一次安景街,否則碧湖居民會嘈到拆天
最理想的路線:
安景街、安心街、安耀街、安群街、安睦街、安明街、安耀街、安心街、安麗街、安景街

用車方面,現時可用某版友的回覆將所有掛牌轉為短龍。但當馬鐵站附近的浸大附屬中小學及浸大校舍啟用後,上下課的人流便倍增,到時284蛇掛牌便要轉為十二米大富豪,以能運載大量的學生。
倒又不必,在K廠抽多幾部龍仔來行便行,始終個度有馬鐵 |

I wonder... How about open a new route calling 284P from Sha Tin Town Centre to Shek Mum... 2 284 then 1 284P, sequency like this all day... A united timetable of frequency of 4-10mins???
This way, it would be able to serve the people who want to get to Shek Mum area and Ma On Shan Rail and also the demand of students... And not affecting the people who are already using 284 because of the bad traffic that could occur in Shek Mum industrial Estate... |
