LDN - 狗年巴士, 英國都有. Year of Dogs bendy on 38

spotted at Holborn yesterday was MA98 (398CLT) promoting the Chinese New Year of Dogs (a bit late, rather).  I wonder why there were Dragons on the bus rather than Dogs?  It year of dogs, not dragons!



PS.  can anyone help me out on uploading pics from an old version MAC?

Oh well, after 3 hours of online learning of how to use Apple 7.1.  I decided to give it up.  Here comes the pics.

Anyway, nice job done on MA98.  At least the vinyl is not flipping in bits.

PS. I bet it was the Chinese who picked this registration numbers

I also saw the bus and did not have a camera[!] to photo it.
You are right about the CNY design, but, if you look at some of the designs shown by KMB NWFB & Citybus on their CNY buses, it is also very hard to understand what is the connection between the year and the design... I also suspect that in the UK, most people are not familiar with the details - they just associate 'dragons' with 'China'.
